The Amazon Leo Europe Consumer team is looking for a Senior Product Manager responsible for defining regional business requirements and customer experiences. You will have a high degree of ownership in defining customer needs, launching new features, and shaping customer experiences. You will work closely with GTM, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Global Planning and Operations, Customer Service, Field Services, and more. A successful candidate will be entrepreneurial, highly analytical, and able to work effectively in a matrixed organization. We are looking for someone customer-obsessed and technology-savvy with a proven track record of leading new initiatives, especially in consumer-related products. You will be a self-starter, comfortable with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, while optimizing for the ideal customer experience and balancing business financials. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liShape the end-to-end customer journey to meet local customer preferences and regulatory requirements /li liConceptualize, develop, and launch new products, features, and functionality that delights consumers in Europe /li liAnalyze customer pain points once operational and continue to improve the customer experience /li liDeliver comprehensive written product strategy documents considering different data types and inputs across stakeholders to justify new features /li liPrepare detailed business requirements documents that can be translated into product and engineering deliverables /li liPartner with business, finance, legal, accounting, tax, and regulatory to drive new features and functionality from concept to execution /li /ul h3Export control notice /h3 pThis position may require access to information technology or hardware that is subject to export control laws and regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
