Our portfolio of life-changing technologies spans the spectrum of healthcare, with leading businesses and products in diagnostics, medical devices, nutritionals and branded generic medicines. /ppbPURPOSE OF THE JOB /b /ppThe Abbott Ambassador is responsible for managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts. /ppbMAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES /b /pulliFull revenue responsibility including forecasting and target performance achievement. /liliAct as a trusted partner and advisor as Abbott’s main contact to customers. /liliManage and drive the development of their accounts, including key activities such as : strategic account management and post-sales implementation process. /liliNew product and menu expansion targeting and sales support. /liliPrepare and execute regular customer business reviews. /liliManage routine renewals of base business accounts and negotiate long-term contracts. /liliProvide ongoing training and coaching to customers as requested. /liliOversee progress of cross-functional implementation team (post-sale) with project manager. /liliSuccess in this role is measured by economic profitability, customer satisfaction score (NPS), contract renewal rate and managed revenue. /li /ulpbEDUCATION AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED /b /pulliBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required. Bachelor or Master degree in Biomedical Engineering is preferred. /liliMinimum of 1-3 years track record in the diagnostic industry with an emphasis on managing and expanding existing accounts, managing and improving customer relationships, improving profitability of accounts. /liliProven track record in a similar position supported by management and customer references. /liliSuccessful engagement with customers, specifically Business Management and key stakeholders. /liliExcellent product and industry knowledge. /liliStrong understanding of key stakeholders and customer dynamics. /liliStrong solution selling and relationship building skills. /liliAbility to identify and drive resolution of issues. /liliLong-term, strategic focus on account. /liliCandidates must be fluent in local language and English, additional languages are advantageous. /li /ulpuGEOGRAPHIC AREA : /u Campania with preferred residence in Naples /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
