We're currently seeking an Experienced Service Professional who will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and support to our customers.
Your primary focus will be on conducting service, repair, and/or installation of products or IT solutions at customer sites, including electrical and mechanical testing. You will diagnose system failures and determine the most cost-effective solution.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide Technical Customer Support, On-Site Assistance to Our Customers
* Escalate Complex Issues to Greater Level of Technical Support
* Respond to Customer Support Calls Within Assigned Territory
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering is Preferable or Biotech Technical/Electronic Secondary School Diploma, Proficient English is Mandatory
* Solid Experience in Technical Service
* Open to Travel (Driving License is Mandatory)
* Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills Both in English and Italian
* Able to Work Autonomously, Being a Team Player as Well
