She/He'll manage and develop sales and profitability in Construction market
Commercial responsibility area: Center – North Italy
She/He'll report to a Sales Manager Material Science Italy
She/He'll manage customer relationships, develop sales and profitability
She/He'll ensure a direct, personal and competent consulting and service to the Customers, achieving their utmost satisfaction
She/He'll report timely and accurately
She/He'll learn and extensively use CRM tools (SalesForce) in daily work
She/He'll support Market Survey & Analysis
She/He'll monitor Competition activities
Requirements
Technical Degree in Chemistry / Engineering
2-4 years working experience in the Construction industry, ideally in a Sales Distribution/Technical Service/R&D position.
Expertise in Paint Coating Market segment.
Commercial mindset
High self-motivation
High sense of Responsibility
Health & Safety oriented
Willingness to travel (min. xpavfwm 60% of working time)
Good communication skills
Languages: Italian (mother tongue) and English (good)
Good knowledge of main IT tools (MS Office)
