The role will support Chromavis Group’s objectives in terms of volume, turnover, and profitability, while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliManage and develop relationships with assigned customers, ensuring regular meetings, business reviews and visits to key accounts. /liliBuild and maintain strong, strategic customer partnerships to maximize growth and sales potential. /liliCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (Marketing, RD, Packaging, Supply Chain, Regulatory, Legal, Finance), ensuring alignment across all business units. /liliPresent product collections and tailored solutions based on customer needs, providing input for internal preparation of presentations. /liliGather customer briefs and identify suitable formulations using internal tools and resources. /liliPrepare initial price offers and lead negotiations for new projects and annual pricing reviews. /liliIdentify, assess and prioritize new business opportunities, estimating sales potential and probability of success. /liliMonitor industry trends, market dynamics and competitive landscape, including top-selling launches and portfolio gaps. /liliProvide action plans, weekly pipeline updates and contribute to accurate sales budgeting and forecasting. /liliInitiate and manage contractual documentation (e.g., NDAs, terms conditions) in coordination with relevant functions. /liliDefine commercial strategy and account plans for the assigned client portfolio. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Required /b /pulliBachelor’s Degree, preferably in Economics or a related field (or a High School Diploma with equivalent experience). /lili2-3 years of experience in a sales role within the cosmetics industry /liliStrong knowledge of the cosmetics market, products, trends and customer landscape. /liliFluent English is mandatory; French or another foreign language is considered a plus. /liliStrong proficiency with main IT systems and the MS Office suite. /liliExcellent interpersonal and communication skills. /liliStrong commercial acumen and customer-oriented mindset. /liliEffective negotiation and influencing capabilities. /liliStrong organizational skills, with the ability to manage workload, set priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment. /liliProactive problem-solving skills and ability to propose creative solutions. /liliAnalytical mindset, even when working with limited information. /liliHigh level of autonomy, integrity, confidentiality and professional ethics. /liliResilience, attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure. /li /ulpbr/ppbr/ppPlease send your CV in English /p
