PWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic Account Director to manage and grow a portfolio of Accounts across EVORA’s service lines : Consulting, Managed Services, and Software / Data Platforms. /ppThis is a commercial, client-facing role with responsibility for revenue growth, profitability, and client satisfaction. /ppYou will develop and implement strategic account plans, foster senior-level client relationships, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver successful project outcomes. /ppKey Responsibilities /ppbAccount Management Growth : /b /ppManage a portfolio of Growth Accounts, expanding relationships to meet defined revenue and profitability targets. /ppDevelop and maintain client account plans, including growth strategies, client org charts, relationship mapping, and account prioritisation. /ppDeliver against agreed targets for signings, revenue, margin, and other role objectives (e.g., cash collection, customer satisfaction). /ppbBusiness Development Cross-Selling : /b /ppDrive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across EVORA’s integrated service lines. /ppProactively identify and pursue new business development opportunities within the account portfolio. /ppPartner closely with delivery teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction. /ppActively manage account financial performance, including cash collection targets. /ppbLeadership Coaching : /b /ppProvide coaching and direction to Account Managers or Customer Success Managers where relevant. /ppSkills Experience Required /ppFluent in German and English (both written and spoken). /ppbFrench or Italian language skills are highly desirable. /b /ppProven experience in an Account Director or senior account management role, within sustainability, real estate, financial services, or technology. /ppStrong track record of growing client accounts, meeting revenue and profitability targets. /ppExcellent relationship management skills, with experience building and influencing senior-level client relationships. /ppCommercially astute with experience managing account financial performance (revenue, margin, cash collection). /ppAbility to collaborate cross-functionally with delivery and business development teams. /ppSkilled in strategic account planning and execution. /ppPersonal Attributes /ppResults-oriented with a growth mindset and proactive approach. /ppExcellent communication and negotiation skills. /ppCollaborative and team-focused with a client-centric attitude. /ppAdaptable and comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment. /ppbAdditional Information /b /ppThis role is being advertised in multiple locations, and candidates in the Germany and Italy are encouraged to apply. /ppEVORA offers a hybrid working policy, with flexibility to work remotely and in-office. /ppJ-18808-Ljbffr /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
