Business Developer Italy

Location: Remote (Italy)
Contract: Tempo pieno (40 hours)
Salary: €2,300 – €2,700 gross per month

Why this role is exciting

As a Business Developer Italy, you’ll have the chance to grow VR Expert’s presence in Southern Europe. You will be driving revenue, building relationships with decision-makers, and representing VR Expert in a market full of potential. Your work directly impacts the company’s growth and positions you at the center of the booming VR/AR industry.

The Role

You’ll play a crucial role in our international sales team by driving business growth in the Italian market. From identifying opportunities and generating leads to closing deals and representing VR Expert at key touchpoints, you’ll be the one unlocking growth in one of our most exciting markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive sales across the Italian market by identifying, approaching, and converting new clients.
- Manage incoming inquiries and proactively generate opportunities through outbound sales.
- Participate in sales campaigns and ensure high outbound activity.
- Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Represent VR Expert at (remote or local) events and in interactions with suppliers and partners.
- Keep CRM up to date with all activities, opportunities, and deal progress.

What we are looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Fluent in English and Italian is a must, and currently residing in Italy is a must.
- Commercially driven, proactive, and eager to close deals.
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication skills.
- Structured, organized, and capable of managing multiple opportunities at once.
- Interest in VR/AR technology and innovation.
