WeTransact is looking for an Account Manager to join our growing team.
Own the account after go-live : You assess where each ISV is and recommend the program or plan that moves them forward, from IP Co-sell eligibility to Certified Software status to new channels.
CRM integration, Crossbeam setup, sales comp parity, and Microsoft incentives.
When results aren't there, you challenge their structure and bring them a revised plan rather than a status update.
Navigating the Microsoft Field : You connect customers to the right AEs and PDMs and build the co-sell motion that moves deals.
Quota-carrying, with a track record of growing accounts. CSM or account management background is a plus, not a substitute.
~ English fluent. You present to Customer or Microsoft stakeholders in English without prep.
~ Direct access to Microsoft teams and the partner ecosystem most companies spend years trying to reach.
Real ownership of a revenue book, measured in outcomes not activity.
Path to senior measured in quarters, not years.
