Nethive, founded in 2014, now has over 50 employees and numerous clients in telco, large enterprise, and public administration. With a Security Operation Center certified ISO 27001/9001, we provide managed networking and cybersecurity services. Our approach is based on method and innovation, which has enabled us to quintuple our revenue in just four years and to be ranked first in the Cyber Security sector in the "Leader della crescita 2021 e 2022" list by Il Sole24Ore in collaboration with Statista, and second in the "Campioni della Crescita" list by La Repubblica. We are a Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) specializing in managed security services, with a particular focus on large local public administrations. Our mission is to protect critical infrastructure and sensitive data of our clients through innovative and customized solutions. The profile In a context of continuous growth and market consolidation, we are expanding our sales team with the addition of an Alliance & New Business Developer for the North East and North West (based in Padova and Milan respectively), capable of leading complex cybersecurity projects and developing new business opportunities. Main activities Commercial development: Identify new enterprise clients (large companies, industrial groups, critical sectors); Study the target market and map the industries at higher risk (energy, manufacturing, finance, telco, etc.); Identify digital security needs and propose tailored solutions; Define go-to-market strategies in collaboration with marketing and Key Account Managers. Strategic relationship management: Build and manage long-term relationships with corporate stakeholders; Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors to enable integrated and innovative solutions; Collaborate with internal teams (technical, pre-sales) to validate the sustainability of commercial proposals; Establish and maintain strategic relationships with partners (mainly system integrators) to effectively channel the company's service portfolio. Negotiation & pipeline: Manage the entire sales cycle: from qualification to proposal, negotiation, and closing; Monitor opportunities using CRM tools; Prepare and present business cases and ROI for cybersecurity projects; Participate in industry events, fairs, and forums to represent the company and intercept opportunities. Requirements: At least 3 years of experience in business development roles within cybersecurity, IT security, or complex technological services; Deep understanding of enterprise market challenges and logic; Familiarity with Network Security and Cybersecurity technologies and services: SIEM, SOC, EDR, NDR, PAM, IAM, Threat Intelligence, GRC, compliance (NIS2, ISO 27001); Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; Strong results orientation and relationship-building skills; Motivated by targets and value creation; Dynamic and stimulating work environment.
