This role requires building and maintaining relationships with business partners by handling all technical communication and introducing solutions. You will prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks required for pre-sale support.

The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in science or engineering and at least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry is preferred. Fluency in English and Italian is necessary; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
