About the Role
We’re looking for an Account Manager to join the Ready2Fly team and work on an exciting international project for a client in the entertainment industry.
Reporting to the Account Coordinator, you will be the primary bridge between our global client and our internal specialist teams (Strategy, Creative, Social Media, and ADV). Your goal is to ensure project excellence, managing the complexity of a cross-country workflow while building a long-lasting, value-driven relationship with the client.
What You’ll Do
Client Partnership & Strategic Liaison
* Act as the main day-to-day point of contact for the client, providing strategic guidance and project oversight.
* Understand the client’s business objectives and translate them into actionable briefs for the internal teams.
* Develop and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with stakeholders at an international level.
Project & Cross-Country Coordination
* Supervise the end-to-end execution of communication projects, hero & brand campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards.
* Coordinate cross-country workstreams, ensuring seamless communication between the central hub and various international markets.
* Manage project timelines and internal resources to guarantee that all deliverables (from brand campaigns to digital activations) meet client expectations.
Budget Management & Growth
* Own the project budget: from initial estimation and resource allocation to final reconciliation and reporting.
* Identify and develop upselling and cross-selling opportunities to grow the account’s footprint within the agency.
* Monitor project profitability and contribute to the definition of commercial proposals and new business pitches.
Integration & Workflow Excellence
* Partner closely with all agency functions and facilitate collaboration between creative, digital ADV, and strategy teams to provide a unified, “360-degree” agency response.
* Streamline administrative processes related to the account (contracts, invoicing, and documentation).
What You Bring
* 4+ years of experience as an Account in a communication or digital agency.
* Experience managing international clients and complex, multi-market projects.
* Excellent knowledge of digital communication channels, social media platforms, and branding strategies.
* Strong financial acumen and experience in budget management.
* Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
* Fluent English and Italian (mandatory). Knowledge of a third language (Spanish, French, or German) is a plus.
