We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join the Italian Team
Let’s talk about responsibilities:
1. Developing new business relationships (either from leads generated personally or by the Marketing team): making follow up calls, conducting new business presentations, making customer visits etc
2. Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships to ensure orders/contracts are renewed
3. Facilitating and participating in business negotiations
4. Liaising with all appropriate contacts both internally and externally to ensure that negotiations/deals progress smoothly
5. Working closely with the account management team to support renewals where required
6. Working to achieve both individual and team targets (agreed) within budgetary constraints
7. Updating and maintaining the System X2 in line with the Sales process
8. Producing monthly forecast reports and statistics where applicable
9. Producing proposals and presentations for customers and prospects
10. Negotiate the terms of contracts and agreements
11. Gather market and customer information and provide feedback to internal team
12. Identify new markets and business opportunities
13. Review own sales performance
14. Producing quotes for customers
15. Liaising with certain suppliers as applicable
16. Maintaining a detailed record of all quotes, orders and invoices
17. Monitoring Costs where applicable
Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience
Required:
18. Healthcare Experience
19. Proven pedigree selling into Private and Public sectors
20. Track record of success in quota carrying sales role
21. Proven ability to manage contract negotiations and relationships
22. Capable of winning and maintaining key strategic accounts
23. Ability to work collaboratively with the sales and technical team
24. Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
25. Very strong organisational skills
26. Ability to multi-task priorities and projects, while balancing short and long term objectives
27. Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a number of different projects/tasks at any one time
28. Can work alone and use initiative but also a team player who can help and support others
29. Good knowledge about sales procedures and merchant services
30. Ability to achieve sales objectives effectively and efficiently
31. Ability achieve high customer satisfaction and maintain SLA’s
32. Fast learner and passion for sales

33. Highly motivated, with a pro-active approach to workload
34. Confident and determined approach
35. Methodical and accurate with a good attention to detail
36. Happy to at times work to strictly to deadlines and plan work according to timescales
37. Able to communicate in a professional manner with a wide range of people both internally and externally
