You will manage framework agreements and oversee the income statement, defining and reviewing the annual client plan to meet revenue and margin goals. Implementing and controlling point-of-sale activities, you will ensure perfect execution of KPIs. By identifying business opportunities to increase margins and working synergistically with other functions, you ensure the effective implementation of company strategies leading and coordinating a team of Instore Account, as well as force of Sell – Out team who will ensure the proper implementation of the strategies agreed upon with the headquarters in the retail locations.

* Management of First and Second-Level Framework Agreements
* Overseeing the Income Statement

* Preparing Monthly Forecasts by Category to Ensure Target Achievement
* Implementing and Controlling Point-of-Sale Activities for Perfect Execution of KPIs
* Leading and coordinating the Key Account team to ensure consistency in the implementation of the strategy at all levels of the client organization.
Leading and coordinating the Sell‑Out team to ensure the implementation and monitoring of activities in retail locations for the flawless execution of KPIs.
Your team:
You will directly report to the Modern Channel Manager in Beauty Sales team.
What makes you a great fit:
* Education: You have a master's degree in economics and/or marketing or related fields
* Work Experience: You have 3-4 years of experience in Sales and Trade Marketing, preferably in the beauty sector, with roles of growing responsibilities in Sell Out, Category Management and Key Account Management. An experience as People Manager is a plus.
* Technical Skills: You have a strong analytic attitude for the construction of clients plans in the medium term and familiarity with the mains KPIs of economic management of a client.
* Local Language: You have excellent knowledge of Italian and English and excellent communication and relational skills aimed at building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
