Responsibilities :

1. Define KKAA plan, including main KPIs identification and monitoring
2. Manage channel KPIs according to company goals and targets
3. Develop a deep understanding of key customer needs through Customer Journey mapping
4. Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers
5. Facilitate KKAA sales via a comprehensive sell-out plan (Analyze, Explain, Engage, Act)
6. Ensure timely delivery of products and services to customers
7. Act as communication link between key customers and internal teams
8. Share regular reports of progress and forecasts using internal and key account metrics
9. Leverage CRM capabilities to increase business opportunities and maximize sales and marketing effectiveness
10. Participate in and manage trade shows, fairs, and customer events
11. Collect competitors' catalogues, samples, and pricing in coordination with merchandising department
12. Check credit limits and unpaid reports with the credit department
13. Spend at least 50% of time in the field, including international travel

Skills & Experiences :

* Master's Degree in Economics and/or Sales Strategy
* Proven experience as KKAAMgr / Sales Manager, minimum 2-3 years, preferably in Safety business or an international environment
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM (SalesForce.com)
* Experience in sales and providing customer-based solutions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building professional relationships
* Excellent organizational and project management skills
* Problem-solving and negotiation abilities
* Organized with the ability to manage priorities
* Fluent in Italian, English, and French; additional foreign language is a plus
