POSITION SUMMARY :A Sales Director EMEAI is a professional who manages and oversees the sales operations in an organization.Primary responsibility will be designing plans to meet growth targets, developing relationships with clients / customers, evaluating costs for selling products and services maximizing the margins and createengaging environment for Sales team.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :Create and execute a sales strategy that aligns with the company's overall objectives and drives revenue growth in the Europe region.Work closely with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering.Championing RBS (growth tools) and to apply RBS mindset (specifically but not limited to *******) and problem solving processBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships : performs all sales activities (including but not limited to channel management, customer site sales calls, telephone calls, as well as trade, product, and customer seminars).For assigned key accountsestablish and maintain relationships and providing account management as needed.Collect and report information on all competitive activity, business opportunities, sales trends and results within the assigned market providing regular monthly input to leadership team.Lead Sales function in EMEAI region - mentor, and motivate a diverse sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.Set SMART goals and performance development goals, develop successors for leadership level,runactivities to increase engagement, set communication channels for both the team and individualsManage the sales budget, optimizing resource allocation and investment strategies to meet annually / monthly targets.Lead monthly business reviews and KPIs reviews for assigned region.Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentationsEDUCATION and / or EXPERIENCE :Bachelor ´s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, o
