This role requires a hands‑on manager capable of guiding the team during service while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, operational precision, and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the front‑of‑house team.
Coordinate service and maintain an active presence during operations.
Oversee and manage the wine cellar with strong expertise in stock control.
Foster wine culture within the team through training and guidance.
Monitor and analyze operational performance using Excel.
Prepare reports and presentations using PowerPoint.
Collaborate with management to uphold and further develop Gucci Osteria standards.
Ideal Profile
Solid experience in fine dining or Michelin‑starred restaurants.
Strong knowledge of wine and management of structured wine cellars.
Demonstrated leadership skills and team training experience.
Operational mindset with constant presence during service.
Excellent organizational skills.
Good proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
