Your Mission: - Promote sales of “after sales” products by traveling in the assigned area and meeting with customers technical and procurement contacts. - Serve as primary customer entry point for all after sales activities enquiry (spare parts, technical service, diagnostic visits, options& upgrades). - Liaise with internal SIDEL structure to provide timely and effective answers to customers’ needs. Your Profile: Level of education and languages: - Minimum requirement a Secondary School Technical Degree. - Will represent a plus a Master/Bachelor degree in Engineering or Economics. Language: - Fluency in Italian and English (mandatory), (Rumanian and French languages will represent a plus) Required experience and skills: - Sales or Services position already covered within Sidel or other External Companies - Technical background preferably relevant to wet areas and to complete bottling lines extended to one of the following aspects: - Field Engineering (installation/commissioning activities), Site management, Technical Department, PM, O&U.- Ability to directly interact with customers - Travel skills (required approx. 50% of the time) - Organizational skills and ability to manage customer relationship - Attitude to work in a multicultural environment - Team-working attitude - Targets oriented Contract Type: Permanent: Country: ITALY: Location: Parma:
