Summary

Your responsibilities will include :
* Ensuring brand standards are met.
* Collaborating with other outlet staff to support the hotel's overall success and guest satisfaction.
* Assisting the Team Leader in setting up the assigned section efficiently to enhance service speed and productivity.
* Working supportively with other departments.
* Maintaining stock levels of equipment and supplies.
* Seating guests, taking orders, and serving food and beverages according to procedures.
* Presenting menus, answering guest inquiries, and suggesting food and drink options.
* Clearing and resetting tables after each course.
* Performing cashier duties as needed, adhering to financial policies.
* Having thorough knowledge of menu items and upselling where appropriate.
Customer Service Focus :
* Delivering the brand promise through exceptional guest service.
* Providing excellent service to internal departments.
* Handling guest and internal complaints courteously and efficiently.
* Maintaining positive interactions with guests and colleagues.
Additional Responsibilities :
* Attending training sessions and meetings.
* Building professional relationships with industry partners.
* Adhering to hotel policies, including safety, hygiene, and security policies.
* Maintaining personal grooming standards.
* Adapting to industry and hotel changes.
* Performing other duties as assigned.
