Visual Merchandiser ManagerWe are looking for a Visual Merchandiser Manager to work as part of the VM team in our new UNIQLO Flagship store. This role involves designing store layout, window displays, trend awareness, inventory management, team collaboration, and developing a local Merchandising team.Job DetailsContract: Permanent or temporary depending on profile and experienceFull Time: 40 hours per weekFlexibility: Full flexibility from Monday to Sunday requiredResponsibilities Monitor the implementation of Visual Merchandising standards throughout the in-store customer experience.Create and implement the monthly store layout and merchandising plan with the Store Operations team.Maintain the creative direction of all in-store visual assets, including POS materials, styling, displays and windows; implement window concepts following European and Global direction, in collaboration with Store Operations, to increase sales.Refresh displays based on trends, new items, promotions and seasons.Assess the potential to maximise sales through weekly and monthly analysis of stock and sales with Store Operations.Build successful relationships with store operations, other European functions, print suppliers and window installers.Recruit, lead, train and support a team of visual merchandisers, fostering continuous development. Requirements & Skills Right to work in Italy.Fluency in Italian and English.Previous experience as a Regional Visual Merchandiser or Visual Merchandising Manager for a flagship store.Knowledge of market trends in luxury and mass market fashion.Proven ability to develop and implement creative commercial ideas with a keen eye for detail.Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to prioritise and plan workloads in a fast‐paced environment.Customer‐service orientation, flexibility, adaptability and an... #J-18808-Ljbffr
