Job Description:
Responsibilities:
* Develop and expand business opportunities in the global Market Access sector, including Pharma, MedTech, and Digital Health, supporting strategic objectives.
* Lead initiatives to drive business growth by identifying new markets and client segments aligned with healthcare technology trends.
* Collaborate on creating and executing promotional and commercial strategies to increase visibility and market reach.
* Identify and engage new clients in target regions such as the US and Asia to build a sustainable client base.
* Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders in the life sciences industry, delivering tangible outcomes.
* Assist in proposal development with Market Access teams, leveraging technical expertise to secure projects.
* Collect and share customer feedback to influence product development and innovation.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive project delivery.
* Support the Head of Market Access with strategic planning and regular updates on business activities.
* Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networks to promote expertise and build relationships.
Required Experience:
* Deep understanding of healthcare technologies, including Market Access, Patient Access, and product launches.
* Experience in strategic relationship management within the life sciences sector.
* Proficiency in full sales cycle processes, including prospecting, contracting, and account management.
* Knowledge of Market Access factors, especially HTA processes in Europe and JAPAC regions.
* Strong client interaction skills with the ability to influence senior-level clients.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage stakeholders internally and externally.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Health Economics, Business, or related fields.
* At least 7 years of experience in business development, commercialization, or innovation management in pharma, digital health, biotech, or MedTech sectors.
* Familiarity with healthcare regulatory and market access requirements.
* Ability to translate client needs into actionable deliverables.
* Willingness to travel as needed.
* Ability to work effectively across multiple time zones and cultural contexts.
* Self-motivated, organized, and proactive in sales roles.
* Team-oriented with a positive work attitude.
