EMEA E-Business Key Account Manager | DG Beauty
Dolce & Gabbana, a leader in the world of luxury fashion, is seeking an EMEA E-Business Key Account Manager to support the strategic growth of our e-retail channels across the region. Join our new in-house Beauty Division and work in an environment that fosters audacity and creativity.
Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 1–3 years of experience in E-commerce or Digital, preferably within the fashion, beauty, or luxury sectors.
Main Activities and Responsibilities:
* Manage budgets, outlooks, forecasts, sell-in, sell-out, and go-to-market strategies for international e-retailers.
* Collect information and optimize E-Retailers’ activation plans, aligning them with Commercial and Marketing priorities.
* Collaborate closely with internal multifunctional teams to streamline all aspects of E-commerce & Digital processes.
* Monitor, report, and optimize E-commerce KPIs (Sales, Market Share, Online weight, ROAS, CR, Traffic, SOV, SOS, Content Score).
* Provide regular updates to key stakeholders.
* Ensure high organization, attention to detail, and data-driven analysis with proficient Excel & MS Office skills.
* Maintain professional fluency in English.
* Be open, dynamic, flexible, motivated, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
