Before you apply, please read through our Cultural Manifesto /ppABOUT THE ROLE /ppuLOCATION : /u Full remote or Hybrid (Milan) /ppFull remote preferred locations : Paris, London, Berlin, Barcelona. /ppuTYPE OF CONTRACT : /u Permanent, full time /ppbWhat you'll do : /b /ppOur Upper funnel demand team imagines the ideal experience for our consumers and works backwards, creating innovative products to delight our consumers as they search for our products and engage with our international websites /ppbDevelop strong empathy for our consumers /b /ppOwn the overall roadmap for consumer engagement ranging from when they land on our website for the first time to when they decide the right product to buy. /ppLead initiatives to better match consumer intents in time and space with effective digital solutions that increase engagement and utility for our consumers /ppMaintain and prioritize the product backlog for driving business and user outcomes /ppDrive alignment across product teams (Technology, Design) and key cross-functional partners (Marketing, Global Operations, Customer Support, Trust, etc.) to ensure initiatives are prioritized for wider roll-out or piloted to test and learn /ppExperience with end-to-end product delivery (including writing product requirements and specs, user stories, acceptance criteria, user flows, and wireframes) /ppbExperience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product /b /ppExperience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product /ppWhat we’re looking for : /pp5+ years of experience in a product management role in a product company /ppSuccess in building and scaling international consumer products and ecosystems that people love /ppStrong analytical mindset /ppPractical experience in user research /ppHands-on experience across all stages of the product life cycle /ppExperience working with cross-functional teams /ppExcellent project management, scheduling prioritisation skills /ppbYou will love working at WeRoad if : /b /ppYou dream big, aim higher, and push yourself beyond limits you didn’t think possible.
