What are we looking for?
We are looking for a dynamic Key Account Manager to drive business growth by acquiring new high-value customers and nurturing existing relationships. In this role, you will focus on onboarding, maintaining long-term customer loyalty, and exceeding sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service. If the mandatory requirements are not met, your application will not be considered for this role.

Your role and responsibilities:

* Onboard, nurture, and win back lost customers.
* Acquire new customers in the higher segment (car traders, dealers, fleet owners).
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to increase loyalty and upsell opportunities.
* Conduct regular follow-up meetings with existing customers and track business progress.
* Ensure high-quality standards and operational excellence in customer service.
* Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Report on territory market information and customer activities.
* Prospect new leads, focusing on high-value clients in your region.
* Visit prospects, analyze needs, negotiate, and close deals.
* Manage CRM (Salesforce) to track prospects and customer interactions.

Requirements

Who are you?

* You must have a few years of experience within the automotive industry (this requirement is mandatory).
* You have proven experience in sales or a strong entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive results and seize opportunities.
* You like to take initiative and are result-driven.
* You are skilled at independently organizing and prioritizing tasks, effectively managing your time and workload.
* You are punctual with good administrative skills.
* You are fluent in Italian and English (this requirement is mandatory).
* Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus.
* Territory: North of Italy (Lombardia, Veneto, Piemonte, Valle D’Aosta, Trentino Alto Adige, Liguria, North of Emilia Romagna).
