He/She will work with Finance, Supply Chain, Global Operation and P&Ls; understanding business dynamics to optimize the Customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:Lead initiatives related to OTD (On Time Delivery) and ODBL (Overdue Backlog) with the aim to improve Customer satisfaction in collaboration with Brilliant Parts, Finance, Regions and Supply Chain;Elaborate quarter end OTD & ODBL estimate driving corrective actions in case of variance;Create a comprehensive long term tracking model, lead rhythm with Regional teams for OTD&ODBL; improvement, make Regions accountable by improving visibility;Drive simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings.
