We are looking for a
Commercial
professional interested in growing into a
business consultant/Advisor
role for a client company, a leader in management consulting and business development, specializing in managing and developing major brands, family businesses, and succession planning.
The candidate will support entrepreneurs to ensure a smooth and successful transition that preserves the company's assets and value long-term.
There will be an individual career plan and training through an internal academy to develop skills.
Responsibilities and Activities
Manage the sales process and client relationships:
Coordinate the sales process to maximize business opportunities
Manage the assigned client portfolio with regular visits
Seek new business opportunities
Meet with clients to understand their needs
Maintain constant communication with clients and technical offices to ensure quick proposal realization
Stay in contact during project execution
Ensure any changes during work are agreed upon with clients and the company
Visit clients after project completion to assess satisfaction
Planning and Sales Management:
Plan and manage your sales budget and forecasts
Prepare commercial proposals, involving the Sales Director for complex projects
Present offers to clients
Manage the client portfolio
Conduct prospecting actions to attract potential clients
Collaborate with the Sales Director to analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
Internal Collaboration and Reporting:
Work with all company departments to ensure high client satisfaction, reporting collected information
Regularly update your supervisor on your work, discussing possible improvements and strategy adjustments
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in economics, management, or equivalent
Ideal experience of 2-3 years in selling services and consulting to businesses
Competence in managing the sales process
Good knowledge of English, preferred
Contract Freelance partnership with VAT number, with a guaranteed minimum compensation based on seniority and performance bonuses.
