OverviewThe Russotti Gestioni Hotels is looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our team. As a Guest Service Agent, you will play a key role in shaping guest experiences at the hotel, ensuring the highest level of personalisation, service excellence and maintaining a professional image at all times. You should possess a deep understanding of the hospitality concept, with a focus on the Marriott philosophy. Your daily interactions with various departments will serve as a crucial link, ensuring smooth reception, assistance and facilitating the flow of information between strategic and operational departments.
Requirements- Excellent communication skills and guest-oriented approach.
- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills.
- Great empathy towards guests, aiming to provide excellent care, manage relationships and respond to each guest's needs and requests.
Additional qualifications- Preferable experience in Front Office and/or Guest Relations, gained in 4/5 star international brand properties.
- Good knowledge of the English language.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- Approach geared towards meeting Marriott brand standards.
- Knowledge of a second language.
- Familiarity with Simphony and Opera operating systems.
Main tasks- Welcoming guests in common areas and restaurants.
- Welcoming guests in a professional manner, ensuring that their needs and requests are met.
- Collaborate with the Guest Experience Team and other departments in managing guest services.
- Manage the GXP portal, Guest Experience platform.
- Manage accounts and fiscal/financial procedures for the F&B till during the shift.
- Manage the data entry of guest profiles in the Opera system.
- Present hotel services and create cross‑selling and upselling opportunities in the different departments.
