You will be the market-facing owner of our EV charging portfolio success, turning technical capabilities into clear customer value, enabling markets to win projects, and influencing product direction through deep market insight.
You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Sales, R&D, Marketing, Service and Global Markets, leading go‑to‑market strategies that compete in a fast-moving landscape shaped by CPOs, fleet operators, utilities, and public tenders.
What you will own
Define and execute the global go‑to‑market strategy for our charging solutions (including high‑power use cases and regulated market requirements where relevant).
Ensure a cohesive positioning across the entire ecosystem, aligning AC + DC ranges and the platform layer into a single, compelling story for customers and partners.
Positioning, messaging & competitive advantage
Build differentiated value propositions for key segments: public charging, CPO networks, fleets/logistics, retail, fuel stations, destinations.
Create and maintain battlecards, competitor benchmarking, and win/loss insights, helping markets defend and win in competitive scenarios.
Own portfolio performance and identify whitespace opportunities (new power classes, architectures, features, services).
Translate customer needs into clear product requirements and collaborate with R&D to shape priorities and launch readiness.
Launch excellence & sales enablement
Equip markets with high‑impact assets: pitch decks, use‑case stories, tender‑ready materials, value calculators, customer‑ready messaging.
Voice of the customer
Build strong relationships with key markets and strategic customers; gather actionable insights through regular country visits and cross‑functional workshops.
Partner with service/operations to ensure promises match real delivery: availability, commissioning readiness, lifecycle support.
Who we’re looking for

* You are a market‑savvy product marketer who can speak both languages: technology and business with 3–5 years in Product Marketing / Solution Marketing / Product Management in B2B tech or energy/industrial environments.
* Strong familiarity with EV charging dynamics, ideally DC fast charging (ecosystem, stakeholders, business models).
* Proven ability to lead global go‑to‑market programs, build positioning, and enable sales teams in complex cycles.
* Experience with regulated markets and compliance‑driven requirements.
* Understanding of charging operations & digital layers (monitoring, backend integration, service models).
* Comfort working with technical teams on specifications while keeping a sharp commercial mindset.
