Build strong relationships with key contacts to increase satisfaction and cross-selling. Create customer presentations, proposals, and value plans demonstrating Quaker Houghton’s benefits. Provide technical advice in collaboration with the Product Application team. Coordinate with the KAM team to align strategies and maximize potential. Work with the Fluid Intelligence Solutions team on equipment sales. Collaborate with Customer Service and Technical Service teams to meet customer expectations. Report sales activities, forecasts, and analysis using CRM, Excel, and other tools. Participate in industry conferences and trade shows. Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulations for market insights. Candidate Profile : At least 3 years’ proven sales experience in the metalworking industry, preferably in lubricants, coolants, or similar chemicals. Degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Chemical engineering or related field is highly valued. Fluent in Italian and English. Strong communication and presentation skills for building trust with stakeholders. Field-based role covering West and North Italy. Soft skills : Safety-conscious, autonomous, results-driven, analytical, customer-focused.
