Power Solutions S.r.l, a subsidiary of BayWa r.e. renewable energy GmbH, is responsible for the development, sales, and implementation of Energy Solutions for international commercial and industrial clients. Due to our dynamic growth, we are expanding our team and are currently looking for a bKey Account Manager Sales Italy (M / F / d) /b. /ph3What You Will Do - Your Responsibilities: /h3ulliYou build long-term business relationships with our international industrial customers through sales and consulting activities. /liliElaborate customers' needs and product desires and feed into Product and Solutions Development to gather holistic solutions. /liliYou trigger and steer internal activities such as systems design, business calculations, and legal to achieve the best offers. /liliLead sales and negotiation meetings with the customer by coordinating key personnel and internal supporters. /liliFinalize the contractual closure. /liliCoordinate marketing activities with the customer and support project management in case of escalations. /liliYou achieve the assigned sales targets such as volume, revenue, and profitability. /liliYou take care of high-qualified future opportunities to secure long-lasting performance. /liliAnalyze the market and customer trends to adopt on group-level developments. /liliYou support international sales colleagues to deliver growth abroad. /liliYou document your sales activities in CRM (Salesforce) with high quality. /liliYou represent the company at local and international trade shows, events, and seminars. /li /ulh3What You Bring - and Would Like to Develop Further: /h3ulliConcrete experience in B2B sales, ideally as a Key Account Manager. /liliExperience in the renewable energy industry. /liliLanguage skills in Italian (Level C1) and English (B2) are required. /liliAvailability to travel at least 30%. /liliExcellent skills in communication, time management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. /liliAn independent, flexible, proactive person, able to prioritize, meet tight deadlines, and manage work without supervision. /liliA team player who embodies the company’s core values. /li /ulh3What We Are Ready To Offer You: /h3ulliFull-time, permanent job opportunity. /liliProbation period as per the Italian CCNL Metalmeccanico - Industria. /liliAn intercultural and inspiring working atmosphere. /liliContact with an international team within a company operating in 30 countries globally. /liliAttractive salary package. /liliOnboarding and continuous training on role-specific topics. /liliCompany car, mobile phone (business and private use), laptop. /li /ulh3Is This Role The Right Fit For You? /h3pDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion matter to us. /ppAt BayWa r.e., we cherish the diversity of our people and are dedicated to providing an inclusive environment of mutual respect.
