With our emGraduate Specialist Program /em, you will experience a dedicated training and development path designed to equip both technical expertise and soft skills. /ppYou will be trained to: /pullistrongHelp shaping the future: /strong Take commercial responsibility for both direct and indirect customers in your area, focusing on strongIndustrial Hydraulic technologies /strong. You will be supported in analyzing market data and collecting key insights from customers and internal stakeholders to design and execute effective sales and marketing plans. /lilistrongExperience cooperation: /strong Build a strong relationship with the local Application team and the Headquarters to share best practices, coordinate technical solutions, and contribute to continuous business growth. /lilistrongTake on responsibility: /strong Be involved in strongsales negotiations /strong and provide support throughout both strongpre-sales and post-sales /strong phases. You will contribute to the achievement of key commercial KPIs — including turnover and margins — by supporting new business development activities and strengthening customer loyalty. /lilistrongUse creativity and scope for development: /strong Understand market needs and trends to guide customers toward the most appropriate products and technical solutions.
