**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Assure guest satisfaction is met throughout the meal experience by providing efficient and courteous service
- Maintain and up-date as required departmental filing system
- Be certain that any matters relevant to guest satisfaction are communicated appropriately, allowing for corrective measures to be taken
- Serve food and beverage according to guest’s needs & expectations
- Make sure that tables are consistently cleared re-set according to reservation plans
- Have clear and accurate communication with all team members
- Respond promptly to guests and superiors requests
- Make sure that the station is stocked and tidy at all times
- Be familiar with the emergency procedures and be in a state of preparedness for any emergency which may occur
- Maintain strong, professional relationships with internal and external guests and relevant representatives from competitor hotels, business partners and other organizations
- Attend training sessions and meetings as and when required
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERTISE
- Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian
- Previous experience in similar or related positions
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to work calmly & confidently under pressure
