Position based in Palermo or Catania (full remote) Libon is an international application for calling loved ones, which is recharged like a prepaid SIM card. It offers a range of top-ups at 5€, 10€, and 20€ to landlines and mobiles in over 160 countries. Libon’s best offers are based on rates negotiated with Orange and MTN in Africa, and Globe and Smart in the Philippines, Bangladesh, India, and Pakistan. These offers are now available in physical and digital form through resale networks such as telephone shops, tobacconists, kiosks, convenience stores, etc. Beyond distributing Libon offers, it is necessary to improve communication, engagement, and community building around the application. RESPONSIBILITIES The role focuses on increasing Libon’s turnover in Italy through field activities, including adjusting offers and promotions for physical distribution, and engaging with seller and buyer communities. In B2B, this involves points of sale selling our Scratchcards / Epins. In B2C, it includes direct interaction with users, associations, households, and influencers within foreign communities (Africans, Asians, Indians, Americans, etc.). Market analysis : Define prospecting areas, identify hot spots, and set priorities to develop Libon’s sales. Monitor competitors and technology trends. Identify and prioritize distribution networks and geographical areas for deployment. Engage in hunting and commercial prospecting. Identify lead contacts and assess community customer needs. Test different distribution channels and promotional strategies. Implement trade marketing plans as decided by management. Propose creative ideas to enhance Libon’s visibility among points of sale and diasporas. Implement POS displays to ensure product visibility in partner networks. Maintain a list of points of sale offering Libon products. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR At least 2 years of experience in field sales, operational marketing, trade marketing, or community distribution; experience in Sicily is a plus. Strong negotiation skills and a passion for acquiring new customers. Good understanding of diaspora communities and their consumption habits. Proficiency in Excel and numerical analysis. Excellent communication skills (written and oral). Voluntary, dynamic, and enthusiastic attitude. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external networks.
