Social network you want to login/join with:col-narrow-leftClient:Vector RenewablesLocation:Job Category:Other-EU work permit required:Yescol-narrow-rightJob Reference:401417321333968076833713Job Views:2Posted:27.04.2025Expiry Date:11.06.2025col-wideJob Description:The role focuses on increasing Vector Renewables' presence in the Italian and UK markets by selling the company’s main services, including:Technical and Commercial Asset ManagementDigital Asset Management Platform “NUO”Technical Advisory and Engineering ConstructionThe selected candidate will be part of the international sales team, reporting directly to the Commercial Director, supporting senior management in Italy and UK.Main Responsibilities:Lead, with support from Country Managers, in originating commercial opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets in Italy and UK.Expand Vector Renewables' network by identifying new prospects.Organize and participate in meetings and calls with clients or prospects.Update the team’s commercial interactions in the CRM system.Prepare commercial proposals with support from various business lines, ensuring compliance with company standards.Maintain and report on a log of proposals issued, using the CRM, during monthly meetings.Report sales activities and market news to senior management.Collaborate with the international sales team to maximize geographic coverage.Support the setup of new services and leverage networks in other Vector countries.Assist in organizing events and webinars to promote Vector Renewables’ services and brand.Manage responses to public tenders for asset management or technical advisory services.Gather feedback and pricing benchmarks on rejected proposals to improve services and pricing strategies.Engage with marketing and business lines to create online content and strengthen the brand.Support in collecting the company’s Net Promoter Score biannually.Desired Requirements:Self-starter with fast learning ability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive attitude.Team player capable of interacting with international teams and balancing sales objectives with workload.Engineering background or experience in renewable energy is recommended.Existing network in the Italian renewable energy market.Previous sales or business development experience is a plus.Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience.Proficiency in Italian and English (both written and spoken).
