Join us and discover your potential. /p h3Role and Responsibilities /h3 h3Your Key Responsibilities /h3 pTo improve HA division sales by managing assigned Retail customers, reaching established sales and market share targets. /p ul liDevelop and manage sales of HA products through targeted portfolio of Retail customers. /li liBuild and develop solid sales relationship with existing retail customers, at national level, to achieve agreed sales and market share targets. /li liCoordinate and monitor the Field Sales (Agencies) activities, also by supporting in visiting the assigned key customers (GDS, Modern Trade) on the field, directly manage the Key customers at national central level. /li liClose deals ensuring that contracts are finalized within the correct timeframes throughout the whole national territory. /li liManage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation. /li liConstantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts. /li liEngage closely with Division’s Product and Trade Marketing/Operations and execute marketing and promotional plans to ensure highest levels of service for named customers. /li /ul h3Skills and Qualifications /h3 h3What we need for this role /h3 pTo be successful, you will possess the following skills and attributes: /p ul liEducational Background: Bachelor/Master degree with Economics background. /li liProfessional Background: 2-3 years’ experience in Retail Sales (GDS, GDO). /li liComputer Knowledge: Excellent MS Office tools. /li liLanguage Knowledge: Very good written and spoken Italian and English. /li liTravel required 60% domestic transfers. /li liOther: strong analytical, proactive, flexible mindset. /li /ul h3Starting Date /h3 pby December /p h3Benefits of working here at Samsung include /h3 ul liHybrid working /li liAccess to discounts on a wide range of Samsung products /li liWellness and well-being benefits /li liTraining portals /li liTickets Restaurant /li /ul pWeare an equal-opportunity employer and value diversity at our Company.
