Your mission: As ypart of our team, you will coordinate all consumer Marketing activities related to Pepsi, Pepsi Zero and 7Up brands. You will have a major involvement both in the strategic and execution processes by ensuring smooth management of AOP (Annual Operating Plan) initiatives defined for the year. Additionally, you will provide insights, proper business recommendations and identify the best activities to increase the brands' KPIs (Volume, Share, Awareness, Trial and Loyalty). Responsibilities: Your day to day with us: - Support in a proactive way all key processes, including: Annual Operating Plan, Monthly/Quarterly Business Review, among others. - Have full control of Brand Health status (Market Share, Brand KPIs, Panel Data, what worked/what needs to be improved). - Support the local and South West Europe team in defining an efficient media plan, negotiating spaces to obtain the highest visibility for the brand; - Develop advertising campaigns, to guarantee constant support to the brand (print campaigns, outdoor, TV commercials online). - Own the PR and Digital agendas - Develops the annual innovation calendar and own the development and execution of both short and mid-term innovation projects - Collaborate with the Trade Marketing, FP&A and other departments - Engage and motivate your direct report through effective communication by sharing information, inspiring passion and enthusiasm around shared goals and values, creating an enjoyable, inclusive and rewarding environment; Qualifications: What will you need to succeed? - Don’t worry if your experience isn’t a perfect match - if you’re excited about the role, we’d love to hear from you!_ - Minimum 3 years experience in Marketing roles, preferably in a Multinational FMCG Company. - Excellent communication skills - Excellent Marketing functional skills and mastery of Marketing mix - Knowledge of Financial and Commercial dynamics - Ability to communicate brand & business strategies to internal stakeholders - Insights-led thinking and analytical skills - Project management skills What makes us different? - Hybrid working model: combination of remote and collaborative office experience to enable innovation - Flexible work schedule - Variety of benefits to support your physical, emotional and financial wellbeing - Professional growth possibilities & learning opportunities - Volunteering opportunities to help external communities - Space to be you to promote our Diversity & Inclusion strategy Being you at PepsiCo: - PepsiCo is an equal opportunity employer, we foster the diversity of applicants across gender, age, ethnicity, nationality, sexual orientation, social background, religion or belief and disability._ Planet People: - PepsiCo Positive (_pep_) is how we’ll transform the way we create value by operating within planetary boundaries and inspiring positive change for the planet and people in the global food system. _ Overview (Secondary Language): - Sei interessato a una carriera nel Marketing in PepsiCo? Avrai un ruolo significativo sia nei processi strategici che esecutivi, garantendo una gestione fluida delle iniziative dell'AOP (Piano Operativo Annuale) definite per l'anno. Inoltre, fornirai insights, raccomandazioni aziendali appropriate e identificherai le migliori attività per aumentare i KPI dei marchi (Volume, Quota, Consapevolezza, Prova e Fedeltà).Responsibilities (Secondary Language): La tua giornata con noi: - Supportare in modo proattivo tutti i processi chiave, inclusi: Piano Operativo Annuale, Revisione Mensile/Trimestrale del Business, tra gli altri. - Avere pieno controllo dello stato di salute del marchio (Quota di Mercato, KPI del marchio, Dati del Panel, cosa ha funzionato/cosa deve essere migliorato). - Supportare il team locale e del Sud Ovest Europa nella definizione di un piano media efficiente
