Nidec Conversion is hiring a Sales Manager MV Systems (Motors and Drives) for Cinisello Balsamo site.
RESPONSIBILITIES, DUTIES AND TASKS
* Understanding of the main end user markets (O&G, Energy, Water treatment, Air compression) and equipment driven by the System (Turbines, Compressors, Pumps, Fans …).
* Increase penetration of existing customer base as well as search for new customers; arrangement of meetings with C-Level within customer organization.
* Preparation of commercial offers (budget and firm), including technical, financial and legal risk assessment with the support of the Proposal/Engineering team.
* Conduct technical presentations of the company's products.
* Reaching a yearly orders target as set at the beginning of the fiscal year.
* Independent work in the ERP system (Sales Force) to update the status of projects.
* Monthly and quarterly sales planning.
* Compilation and implementation of sales plans and forecasts.
* Interaction with project managers (including the company's factories) in order to control the fulfillment of obligations to the Customer in accordance with the schedule.
* If necessary - Interaction with Customers throughout the project life cycle, addressing issues and tasks arising in the process, including sales of the service for installed equipment.
Skills Requirement
* Higher technical specialized education.
* Experience in sales of Medium Voltage Systems (Motors + Drives) for at least 3-5 years in companies with a similar profile.
* Successful search for new customers, increase sales. Existing customer relationships will be considered a plus.
* Skills in economics, finance, general understanding of business processes and of contractual terms and conditions.
* Personal qualities: responsibility, organization, organizational qualities, resistance to stress, decisiveness.
English -very fluent!!
