**WHAT WE ARE BUILDING**
We are building a modern, healthy, delicious Turkish food brand that will start via delivery to then develop also physical restaurants around Europe, starting from Italy.
**WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR**
We are **looking for a young, motivated and bright Chef** that will join our team as co-founder and Head Chef of the company. A person that, along with the team, will develop the menu and be responsible for the entire kitchen area.

**TYPE OF CUSINE**
**Turkish & Middle East with a twist**. We look at the traditional plates plus a combination of potential modern ideas to make healthy, delicious, and good looking plates.
We need to craft a menu that can be replicable in multiple locations and can fit with delivery too (JustEat, Deliveroo, ext.)
No gourmets cuisine, No Michelin cuisine. We do not stop your creativity but any plate has to be easily replicabile and suitable for the business
**YOUR PROFILE**
- You are between 25-30 years old
- You are hangry to grow professionally
- Minimum 5y of working experience in restaurant
- Experience with Turkish and Middle East cuisine
- Ability to work alone and with a team
- Ability to hire and train new team member
- Ability to combine kitchen and business needs
- Ability to manage food supply, costs, reduce waste
- Knowledge of food preservation
- Ability to build new menu that can also fit with delivery
- Able to accept critics
- Proactive proposing new ideas
- Italian an advantage, but not necessary if you speak English
- You want to be a chef, but also an entrepreneur
- **Willing to relocate in Rome**:
- Any certificate and study based on cusines and/or food will be advantage
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno
Stipendio: €2.000,00 al mese
