As an Italian-speaking Order Support Agent, you will manage and ensure smooth processing and resolution of customer orders for a company. Responsibilities include monitoring order statuses, assessing and resolving order-related issues, and implementing support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and support business objectives.

Responsibilities:
* Handle customer inquiries related to order statuses, deliveries, and discrepancies.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in order processing.
* Resolve order-related issues such as cancellations, returns, and exchanges.
* Collaborate with internal teams to streamline order fulfillment processes.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Provide feedback and suggestions to improve order support operations.
Requirements:
* Italian C2 level
* English B2 level
* Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
* Self-sufficient & confident in troubleshooting basic issues related to order processing systems.
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* EU Citizenship
