Job Description What you’ll do… Work closely with our Cluster Director of Sales to actively acquire new business and manage key relationships, aiming to meet segment revenue goals and KPIs. Drive corporate room bookings into The Hoxton Florence from both global and local accounts, aligning with hotel strategies and budgets. Generate new business opportunities through market research and collaboration with Accor and The Hoxton global sales team. Develop account management plans, stay informed on market news and competitor insights. Implement creative sales strategies to increase revenue from managed accounts. Utilize Agency 360 reports to review market penetration, grow market share, and identify new opportunities. Ensure rate loading accuracy and timely updates across accounts. Organize show rounds, familiarization trips, office visits, and presentations to increase exposure among decision makers. Cross-sell The Hoxton and Ennismore properties globally to maximize revenue.
