PpbFunction /b: Customer Business Development /p pbWork location /b: Flexible (no office-based role) /p pbWork area /b: National /p pbTerms and conditions /b: Permanent, full-time /p h3Job Purpose /h3 pWe are looking for a highly motivated National Account Manager with a strong growth-oriented mindset to join our Foods Customer Business Development team. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and execute strategic business plans for national key accounts within the GDO channel. /li liBuild strong, long-lasting relationships with major retail partners at a senior level. /li liDrive sales performance, profitability, and market share growth across Knorr and Calvé portfolios. /li liLead negotiations on commercial agreements, promotions, and assortment strategies. /li liCollaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Trade Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams. /li liAnalyze market trends, shopper insights, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities. /li /ul h3Required Preferred Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor or Master degree. /li liMinimum 5 years of experience in Sales Roles, leading complex key accounts, preferably in the Foods Beverage industry, FMCG sector, GDO channel. /li liOperational Management, Selling and Negotiation and Project Management skills. /li liStrong ability to lead through collaboration, networking and influence. /li liEffective Customer Management by leveraging all areas of the PL. /li liPeople capability-building and Leadership skills to develop functional excellence, engage and inspire people and teams by creating the environment for success to deliver high business results. /li liStrong negotiation and commercial acumen. /li liData-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills. /li liGood command of Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. /li liFluent in Italian and English. /li /ul h3Tools Benefits /h3 ul liPC /li liSmartphone /li liCompany Car Fuel Card for business and private use. /li liTelepass for business trips. /li liMeal Vouchers. /li /ul pThe role involves 50% customer visits and 50% remote work.
