Job Duties: The candidate will report to the Sales Director for Italy, representing ARI-Armaturen in the North-East region with a technical-commercial approach, and will be responsible for business development in the assigned area, ensuring the operational management of direct customers, the network of agents, and local distributors.
In detail: Represent ARI in North-East Italy Manage relationships with existing and potential customers Provide technical guidance on the best applications for ARI products Develope customized solutions, proactively identifying customer needs Conduct commercial negotiations and seek new business opportunities Collect and share strategic information relating to the relevant market in a structured manner Analyze market trends Provide the internal sales team with the information they need to finalize the sales process Monitor specific KPIs by compiling company CRM systems and operational reports Oversee the bidding phase, from requirements analysis to the presentation of customized technical solutions Your Profile: Technical training (preferably a diploma or degree in mechanical/thermal engineering).
Minimum 3 years' experience in plant engineering, industrial valves, and integrated systems.
Knowledge of fluid dynamics and industrial plant engineering principles.
