* sceglie gli ingredienti rispettando gli standard di qualità stabiliti
* misura le dosi seguendo le procedure previste
* controlla la peculiarità e la presentazione delle diverse portate
* supporta la brigata in caso di necessità
* collabora con il resto della brigata nel riordino e nella pulizia del proprio posto di lavoro a fine servizio
In agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource:
* is responsible for the execution of his own game
* chooses the ingredients respecting the established quality standards
* measure the doses following the prescribed procedures
* check the peculiarity and presentation of the different courses
* supports the brigade in case of need
* collaborates with the rest of the brigade in tidying up and cleaning their workplace at the end of the service
