We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Executive (m/w/d), who desires to contribute to the growth and success of our Sales Team.
Your role in BizAway:
* FULL CYCLE POSITION: you will manage the full sales process, from first contact to contract signature, at least for the first year.
* Research and prospect for new clients in Italy.
* Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and other touchpoints.
* Present our solution to a range of people (C-Levels, HR Directors, Office Managers, Travel Managers, etc.).
* Present live demos of our platform to qualified prospects.
* Lead negotiations with potential clients from Discovery to Contract.
* Forecast Sales Revenue, giving full visibility of your deal pipeline.
* Be an evangelist of our solution, also attending fairs and public events if necessary.
* Define Quarterly and Annual OKRs with the Head of Sales and Team Leaders.
* Work with the SDRs and the whole Sales Team in a positive feedback loop.
* Proactively propose actions, strategies, and campaigns to improve the sales process and enhance growth.
Your basic qualifications:
* You have a native level of Italian + a good level of English (both written and spoken).
* You have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role or 2+ years as a top-performer SDR.

* Hunger: you are not afraid of challenges and you are eager to raise the bar every day.
* Proactivity: you actively propose value-creating solutions and are not afraid of mistakes.
* Flexibility: you are comfortable working in a fast-changing environment with few certainties.
