Our global reach and strong local presence enable us to offer these diverse clients tailor‑made services and respond to rapid changes in mature or emerging markets alike. /p pOur 3 expertise: /p ul liAsset management /li liEnergy supply, providing green energy innovative solutions /li /ul pAt SEM we encourage breakthrough results, team spirit, curiosity and innovation while preserving the right work/life balance for you. /p h3What will you do? /h3 pUnder the supervision of the bHead of Business Development Sustainability /b, you will develop the green power and BESS flexibility business (prospecting, building commercial pipeline and bclosing deals /b) focusing on: /p ul libGreen Power PPAs /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature opportunities in Italian Upstream PPA with third party developer and with Engie projects; /li liCooperate with Downstream sales team in structuring and drafting the downstream PPA offers; /li libBESS/Flex Tolling /b: Develop from onboarding, structuring, managing the client’s relationship, negotiating terms till internal governance committees preparation and validation and deal signature BESS tolling/flex optimization opportunities with third party developers; /li libHybrid PPA (PV, Wind, Bess) /b: Develop hybrid PPA solution targeting a 24/7 solutions for mature clients and data centres; /li liDevelop, originate and implement risk management solutions to support the growth of SEM renewable and BESS portfolio in Italy; /li liFull comprehension of the pricing methodologies and models and collaboration to the development of the relevant models in close collaboration with the power portfolio and pricing team; /li liFollow legislative and market structural changes in the Italian markets impacting SEM green power and flexibility business; /li liProvide technical market knowledge and commercial support to implement contracts properly, while ensuring a very good coordination of the different stakeholders/counterparties involved. /li /ul pThis is a front office role, working in a dynamic trading floor environment and in close collaboration with trading, quants, risk, legal, and other origination teams. /p h3About you /h3 ul liMore than 10 years of experience in the energy market, with relevant experience in origination. Track record in Italian green power with structured green PPA deals negotiated and signed; /li liSolid knowledge of the Italian power system, markets and regulatory context; /li liKnowledge of pricing models, risk metrics, physical and financial energy products and contracts (PPA, Tolling, etc.), main master agreements; /li liCommercial and negotiation skills; /li liStrong analytical skills; /li liResult‑oriented, hands‑on approach and ability to manage multiple workflows; /li liReliable, rigorous and detail‑oriented; /li liOriented towards cross‑functional collaboration, with the ability to understand and exploit the activities of other teams in order to successfully carry out negotiations requiring internal approvals; /li liTeam player, communicate easily and ability to interact/cooperate with a variety of different profiles (portfolio manager, legal, analysts, sales, risks, credit, support functions, etc.); /li liLanguages: Fluent in English and Italian. /li /ul h3Type of contract /h3 pPermanent contract according to local law /p h3About ENGIE /h3 pWorking at ENGIE, a multinational group, means having a wide variety of career opportunities in more than 30 countries.
