We are constantly growing in our business and we are looking for a Business Development Manager DACH to join our company.
This is a great opportunity for an individual who has been succesful in a Saler / Markeing roel in the industry, or as Product Manager, Lab Application Specialist role, who would like to grow professionally in sales area.
Main responsabilities:
- Supporting the implementation of sales strategies and business growth for the area of experties in according with company objectives for our lines of business (Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Instruments);
- Establishing and reinforcing partnership with the distribution neywork, relating to the various stakeholders of the organisation;
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing and service) to ensure alignment on commercial activities;
- Visiting local customer and distributors, to reassure that their expectations are fullfilled and inderstand future need;
- Manage budget activities: creation, implementation and control of medium-term plans;
- Organize and support training session for distributors and end customers;
- Provide technical and analytical Pre-sales support
Requirements:
- Person resident in Germany, home based;
- 3/5 years of experience in any commercial role in the area of sales & marketing in our industry; or alternative with in-depth knowledge of laboratory processes (as application or scientists) who wants to step into a commercial role in the field of analytical instrumentation, with a strong focus/interst for sales activieties;
- German mother tounge, English knowledge at least B1/B2;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a strong plus, to create and update contacts qualifield leads and manage opportunities;
- Travel uo to 50% of the time in DATCH territory and in Italy VELP HQ (based near Milan);
- Availability to spend a period in Italy for intensive training prior to role start
