For the next season (spring/summer 2026), we are looking for a Commis de Rang to join our La Terrazza Restaurant team.
The ideal candidate is open to new challenges and ready to constantly develop themselves further. He or she is willing to support the team to provide authentic and luxury dining experiences, demonstrating care, curiosity and community.
Main duties & responsibilities
*
* Fulfil the operations of the Food & Beverage at La Terrazza Restaurant in accordance with company policies, high standards and procedures.
* Take care of the mise en place.
* Support the Chef de Rang with service.
* Clean and set‑up floors, tables, chairs, linens, glass and silver for service.
* Monitor all aspects of the customers' experience, from the restaurant layout before they arrive to the service received, and act to enhance flawless service and anticipate guests' needs.

* Effective communication: communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbally and non‑verbally.
* Emotional intelligence: demonstrate sensitivity to the needs and emotions of guests and colleagues, adjust style accordingly, and manage own emotions in challenging situations.
* Adaptability: identify when a different approach is needed, offer solutions, and adopt new ways of doing things.
* Collaboration: be willing to work as a team player, share information and skills, and actively seek and provide feedback.
Other requirements:

* Fluent in Italian and basic level of English.
* Tourism or Hospitality degree preferred.
* Previous professional experience in a similar role, including school internships.
* Passion for service and ambition to grow professionally.
