Channel Partner Regional Sales Leader – Southern EuropeChannel Partnerships | Manufacturing | PE‑Backed Growth BusinessDwyerOmega are a fast‑growing, private equity–backed manufacturing business on the search for a Channel Partner Regional Sales Leader to drive ambitious growth plans across Southern Europe.This is a high‑visibility, individual contributor and high‑impact role for a commercially driven sales leader who thrives in target‑led environments and knows how to build, scale, and performance‑manage distributor and channel partner networks.The OpportunityThis role is all about growth, execution, and impact. You’ll take ownership of a key Southern European region with full accountability for:Revenue delivery and margin performanceExpansion and optimisation of channel partners and distributorsIdentifying and activating new market opportunities and routes to marketBacked by PE investment, the business is on a clear growth journey, meaning pace, accountability, and results matter.What You’ll Be DoingDriving double‑digit revenue growth through a mix of existing and new channelsBuilding and scaling a high‑performing distributor and partner ecosystemIdentifying, onboarding, and ramping new channel partners across Southern EuropeLeading with a strong performance culture, using KPIs, pipeline discipline, and forecasting rigourIncreasing market share through targeted customer acquisition and partner developmentActing as a key commercial leader within the EMEA organisationWhat We’re Looking ForProven track record in target‑driven B2B sales leadership, ideally in manufacturing / industrial sectorsStrong experience managing and growing channel partners and distributor networksDemonstrated success in delivering against aggressive growth targetsHighly commercial mindset with the ability to translate data into actionComfortable operating in a fast‑paced, PE‑backed or high‑growth environmentStrong regional experience across Southern EuropeWhat’s in It for You?Opportunity to play a critical role in a PE growth storyHigh level of ownership and autonomyExposure to senior leadership and strategic decision‑makingCompetitive salary + performance‑linked bonusLocation & TravelRegular travel across the region requiredApply now for confidential consideration
