In this role, you will play a crucial part in expanding the company's presence across Italy and connecting hotels to its innovative technology solutions.ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESAs a Sales Manager for the Italian market, you will be responsible for:Identifying and prospecting hotels and hotel chains across your area.Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key decision-makers (General Managers, Revenue Managers).Presenting and promoting products such as the booking engine, channel manager, and analytics tools.Customizing solutions to fit the unique needs of each client.Closing deals and meeting sales targets.Working closely with Product, Marketing, and Customer Support teams to ensure client satisfaction.Gathering client feedback to continuously improve and adapt the company's offerings.Attending key hospitality events and trade shows in Italy to increase visibility and expand the company's network.PROFILE SOUGHTExperience: Minimum 2+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience in the hospitality industry. Experience in tech/software or online services for hotels is required.Hospitality Expertise: An active, well-established network within the hospitality sector is mandatory.Languages: Native level in Italian and professional level in English.Sales Expertise: Proven ability to manage complex B2B sales cycles, with a strong track record in new business acquisition (hunter mindset) and client retention.Personal Qualities: Highly self-driven, results-oriented, and a natural relationship builder. Strong focus on customer acquisition and comfortable with both face-to-face meetings and remote sales activities.SALARY AND BENEFITSBase Salary: €45,000 – €60,000 gross annual fixed salary. xivgfpx Variable Compensation: Additional 10% commission based on total sales generated. #J-18808-Ljbffr
