Ph3Mission Details /h3 pWe are seeking an International Business Developer to effectively represent IDEAL WORK in markets where the company does not have a direct presence. This individual will be responsible for growing IDEAL WORK’s business by identifying applicators and/or distributors capable of delivering high-quality projects. /p pThe International Business Developer must also have the ability to inspire architects and designers through presentations and site visits, persuading them to adopt IDEAL WORK solutions. /p pThe candidate should possess knowledge of construction site dynamics to effectively interact with all stakeholders, including architects, applicators, and end clients. /p pThis role requires a dynamic and empathetic person who can passionately communicate the value of decorative finishes to both architects and applicators. /p pSales and marketing in the design, furniture, lighting, and contract markets are essential. For this reason, we are looking for a candidate with at least three years of experience in the following sectors: sales of contract, decoration, lighting, furniture, and equipment for hotels, retail spaces, contract, and residential projects. /p pThe ideal candidate should be able to communicate effectively with architects and designers while also engaging with the applicators of IDEAL WORK products. /p h3Required Profile /h3 ul liSales and Marketing Expertise: Strong ability to interpret sales data, statistics, and analyses. Proficiency in conducting research on social media and the web to identify new contacts and potential clients. /li liIndustry Knowledge: Familiarity with the design and architecture sectors to effectively communicate and engage with architects. /li liLanguage Skills: Excellent spoken and written proficiency in English and Italian; knowledge of French and German is a plus. /li liCommercial Experience: Proven experience in commercial negotiations and sales management. Familiarity with pricing strategies, discounts, and promotions. /li liCommunication Skills: Ability to communicate effectively with applicator companies and distributors. /li liLocation and Availability: Residence in the Veneto area. Willingness to travel approximately 30% of the time and participate in business dinners with clients. /li liPersonal Attributes: High energy level, positive attitude, and trustworthy communication skills. Flexibility and adaptability for travel. Ability to organize business trips efficiently. Respectful interaction and engagement with different cultures. /li liRelationship Building: Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships with applicators and specifiers. /li liTechnical Skills: Proficiency in creating multimedia presentations and reporting sales activities and results accurately and on time (using CRM systems).
