Your mission
As a Technical & Sales Support Engineer, you will play a dual role supporting both the technical and commercial development of DEIF in Italy:
Technical responsibilities
* Support Italian customers using our generator and hybrid control solutions
* Deliver technical training (on-site or remote)
* Assist with project proposals, solution validation and application design
Sales-related responsibilities
* Work closely with our Business Developer to support customer visits
* Provide technical arguments and demonstrations to help win new opportunities
* Identify customer needs and contribute to commercial discussions
* Build strong relationships with OEMs, integrators and key industry players
This role includes regular travel within Italy to visit manufacturers and customer sites.
Qualifications
* Degree in electronics, electrical engineering or automation
* Experience in technical support, application engineering or field service
* Interest in commercial activities and customer interaction
* Knowledge of gensets, hybrid systems or solar/battery is an advantage
* Strong communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset
